Dexter is a gorgeous male kitten who was born to a feral cat we trapped in a Staten Island back yard. We didn't know his mom was pregnant and while we were waiting for a vet appointment to get his mom fixed, it turned out she was indeed pregnant and gave birth to Dexter and his 3 other siblings. The good news is that he never had to face the tough life outside and was given the best chance at life, and that rally made us happy. He has grown up to be a GORGEOUS healthy cat, socialized with other cats and humans. He is a little love bug who will do great with another cat as he loves to snuggle up to the other feline creatures. His coat is primarily black with a healthy shine with a couple of white toe beans and a white bow tie. He is looking for a home ideally with another cat or with one of the other cats he already knows in our rescue. He is a relatively slim cat with a fun LOOOOONG tail. Dexter also has a black face which is made extra cute by his little fangs sticking out a little.. he might have a slight under or over bite, and we think that makes him look extra special and cute. He is a very low maintenance kitten who doesn't boss other kittens around, he is actually a very calm kitty that stays out of trouble and doesn't instigate any conflicts. Because he required so little attention, he has gone under the radar a little bit but we don't mind as he is a fantastic little creature we love having around. Anyone who adopts him will be lucky to have him as part of their family.
